Dovedale School PTA

The PTA committee works very closely with the Principal, the Board
of Trustees and School Staff. This allows us to be as responsive as
possible to the schools needs, such as funding for new books in the
library, new classroom furniture, ICT equipment, sports uniforms,
sporting equipment or any other identified projects. Annual fund-
raising events are; ‘The Lifestyle Blockers Skills Day’, catering for the
‘Junior Schools Cross Country’ and supporting the ‘Dovedale Country
Community Fair’. We welcome new fund-raising ideas and encourage
you to share them with us.

Meetings:

We usually meet monthly, in the staffroom either at 3pm
or in the evening. Please check the school calendar in the Newsletter
for exact dates. Joining the committee is a wonderful way to support
the school as well as getting to know other parents. All newcomers
are welcome to join us for meetings with no pressure to join the PTA.
