DOVEDALE SCHOOL DAY

At Dovedale School we believe that students learn best in the mornings so we have
extended our morning learning time to best optimize success.

• 9:00 am School starts for the day

​

The students have a ‘Brain Break’ at 10:00am to have a piece of fruit within their
classroom.

​

• 11 – 11:30am Morning tea

• 1:00 – 1:50pm Lunch

• 3:00 pm School finishes

We have a whole school learning celebration assembly every fortnight on a
Friday at 9:00am.

Whole School Discovery is run fortnightly on Wednesday at 11:30am. These
dates are outlined our school newsletters which go home every 2 weeks.
